PhD candidate in the FishMed project, focusing on the Circular Consumption approach at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, specializing in sustainable food consumption, consumer behavior, and healthy diets.

She earned an MSc in Business Economics and Management at the CIHEAM – Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Chania (MAICh), where her research explored the impact of green marketing on consumer behavior, and then employed as a Junior Research Assistant on European projects, including Horizon, and EU Erasmus + KA2 at the same institute.

Her academic work includes publications and conference presentations, primarily focused on sustainable food systems and consumer choices.
