Research fellow involved in the sustainability of the Italian meat supply chain, with a degree in Animal Science and Technology and expertise in “Aquaculture and Hygiene of Fish Production” as well as “Food Animal Metabolism and Management in the Circular Economy”, earned at Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna.
He has gained hands-on experience in the Mediterranean marine aquaculture sector, working in veterinary services for a leading production company’s research and development department.
He has also collaborated with the CIHEAM – Mediterranean Agronomic Institute of Bari (IAMB), focusing on the Mediterranean diet.
